The wm clearly shows that there isnt a "pov" version.
It's just a"sample" for the vr animation so no wm version dont exist
The best you can do is watch the VR vid

It's a VR video, so playing it in any standard player will most likely give you a dual screen effect. VLC works good, though. It lets you rotate the camera around by clicking screen.

What a shame, dude made like 8 animations and then dipped. I remember his work creating quite a stir. Also, can a mod remove the "Download" links from the OP? The "March 2020" links have the exact same items, just in better quality.
