Yup, the save points are the floating stones. There is one outside the inn, and one down in the dungeon.
I managed to find a bug. After warping out of the dungeon after getting stuck in a loop, I was teleported to the exit but was then forcefully stuck in another loop where a goblin was keeping me in the same sex animation before disappearing and restarting the same animation without letting me leave with either the backspace or spamming X.

Thanks for the heads up. That is most likely fixed in the newest release on my Subscribestar page. I overhauled how the goblin sex scenes work in the newest build. My first attempt had a lot of flaws, and I needed to change it so multiple characters can have scenes independently in the new build.
I appreciate the bug call out though. That kinda stuff helps me a lot.

You consume low-quality content and are happy with it, which is why there are so few good games here. People don't need to try to make better ones because you eat everything anyway. I'm talking about facts: 95% of the games posted here, I find it hard to understand what normal person would play them and enjoy them. I like porn games, otherwise I wouldn't be here, but damn, can't they make something half-decent? The games are just copies of each other, the gameplay is uninteresting, and if you take this game, the graphics are below par, the drawings of a 5-year-old, how can you even like that? Some games start out bad. Some games get better. Many games are abandoned for various reasons. How many of the 95% of games are not abandoned? How many of the 95% of games have managed to move beyond the concept?
I'm not praising the "finished game." I'm praising the game's potential. I hope it develops and is finished.

There is only one cutscene you can skip right now. That is the intro by pressing "Backspace". I'll need to add in more skips where I can. For some scenes, I haven't found a way to set up a skip without changing how the scene is set up. I'm working on it though.

I'm trying to run the game on mobile, and I'm using winlator bionic and gamehub trying to get the game to work. The winlator bionic show's black screen. and the gamehub, the title screen show's up but when I click on new the game boot me out and in to the selection screen
Although the Load Stone is used to get out if you get stuck in a H loop (for now), it could also be used in some events to spice things up in the way that you can lose it and you have to retrieve it. Something like "Character loses Stone -> Character is taken to a cell -> H event -> character is left alone and has to make their way back to the stone to escape". Just don't make the trip back to the Load Stone too punishing.
This could also be used with other NPCs where they've dropped their Stone somewhere and you have to save them by getting it back to them.

Mate, think of it in terms of food. While a meal from a 5 Michelin Star meal is always going to be good... sometimes people just want a goddamn cheeseburger, a piece of cold pizza, or some other odd food to enjoy that isn't exactly the greatest thing to have ever existed that has ever existed. Now sit down, shut up, and stop whining about the free (intended or pirated that you have the audacity to be complaining about in the first place) games like some sort of middle-aged suburban mom.

This will actually be a plot point in the story. There will be a part of the story where someone will need to be retrieved from the dungeon due to not having their stone. I don't know about making it a game mechanic. That might be a little too ambitious for me right now.

You get grabbed by goblins, impregnated (random but often), and within a very short period pop out a goblin.
Even certain sections require you to... birth one, for the purposes of bouncing on his head to get to a higher platform in order to proceed.
