And yes, there's quite a difference actually. From what I can see now, the UI is a lot polished, sound settings added, goblins randomly go anal or vaginal, there's oral position too. That's all I can say for now because I just started. But I already know full version will be well worth buying if it's price will be within reasonable bounds, because the game is really good.

seems the vaginal vs anal thing isn't random. as far as i can tell it's just a matter of fertility - fertile women get vaginal, but women who are out of eggs get anal
ok it is random, but anal only happens to infertile women. also seems to happen pretty frequently.
there's actually a lot of content from the original demo that doesn't seem to be here. no knights and no drinking stations, just off the top of my head.

Some of the cells are moved further into the game, meaning that the demo which covers the front part of the game wont have it. The demo was made with the progression into the full game in mind, in compared to the playtest version before where i was just testing out how ppl would react to certain mechanics.
