Ah, BadColor is the developer, I knew art looked familiar. I have played until day 31, and I had great fun. I look forward to how the game develops, it has great potential.

Alright last comment here, since ppl here tend to get too much for free, and act up when they don't receive everything straight away, they assume its all a hoax.

This isn't a paid sub module, the demo here isn't a progression demo to show much 'New" content is added. I like to keep certain things hidden, giving out elements of surprises, and letting ppl figure it out themselves as they play and uncover.

Game isn't suppose to be extremely challenging, its a simple management game,

Cleaning is suppose to be annoying at first, that's the point of automation being useful and satisfying afterwards.

Cleaning is suppose to limit and control how much you can build, only build as much as you can/willing to handle(until automation arrives)
I played the demo and the test build of the game and I really liked it and looking froward to the final release of the game. However I feel like there are some things I'd like to point out (I understand that it might be engine or tool limitations that prohibit you from making certain things differently).

Even though I personally managed to find my way around the controls (and the demo tutorial, I think, does a good job), I feel like some things might be improved. First and foremost, I feel like being able to click and drag a girl hirself (as well as moving her by her portrait) should be possible. Secondly, when you press the cell and a little tab pops up, I think it should appear to the right of the cell or at least above it since it blocks the view. Maybe the tab could be highlighted with yellow or green frame, and a rectangle of the same color should appear around the cell, to indicate which cell this pop-up is referring to. Thirdly, and I guess it might be my preference, but this little yellow button in the goblin formation menu, which is used to choose the amount of goblins to send on a raid, isn't very intuitive. I must confess, I didn't pay attention if it's explained in the tutorial, since I fugured it out in the test build... But when I was poking around in that test build, it took me some time to understand that it wasn't just a UI decoration. I think a wider tab with a bigger button with a check mark would be much better. Also, I feel like, when you add goblins to a raid when there already are some goblins, the number in the tab should indicate not the overall amount of goblins, but only the amount of goblins you are adding (disregarding the goblins that are already there). What I mean is, if there already are 2 goblins in a lane and a player moves more goblins there, and chooses "3" in the pop-up menu, then there should be 5 goblins in the lane, and not 3. And laslty, some simple tune playing in the background during gameplay might be nice.

Overall I really like your games, visual style and animations and believe Goblin Nest will turn out great.

Comparing freshly released demo to what I played good while ago, its safer to consider the demo as something which has several of the actual management systems, QoL solutions, tutorials etc. put roughly into place.
For a demo, it was fantastic.

There should be close-up scenes that you can unlock with different types you capture, kinda like in heroine conquest

Loving your game keep it up if you ever open a Patreon I would help fund it.

The demo is a significant downgrade from the previous release. There is no mating press cage, no blue-miter priestess, no knights, no lv3.

Only thing added is the shaman, which isn't that big of a thing. Play 0.27 if you want to try the game, it has more features.

there's literally minotaur girl Hathor as unique slave in the demo, i bet there will be more on full release

It's in interesting game. But, maybe it could use a balance pass for the cost of various things? Buying slaves is far to expensive to be a reasonable option. And the various upgrades seem too costly. The prison upgrade doubles your slots, but that's only really useful once you buy the second cage. Otherwise, you'll be burning through slaves quickly enough to not care about slots. I'd suggest lowering the price, but adding multiple levels to the effect. So maybe 100-150 for +2 slots. I'd also suggest maybe changing how cages work? Because if I only have 1 cage, but there's a 1 star and a 2 star pop at the raid location, I seem to only get the 1 star pop, and I think it'd make sense to prioritize the higher star if you've got a 100% catch rate.

I also think that there should be at least some level of automation to unlock later in the game. I can imagine that once you've got 20+ breeding stalls, it's going to be annoying to manage all of them. Something to auto clean, something to move slaves between cells as needed. Maybe even just larger cells that combined multiple things - so breeding, milking, and birthing all in one. Because as your slave population grows, managing them becomes just a tad tedious.

I don't think buying slaves is supposed to be a main way to get slaves, more a way to get specific slaves when you cannot get them via raiding for whatever reason.
I also think that there should be at least some level of automation to unlock later in the game. From what the dev mentioned, there's going to be automation in the full Steam release.

Congrats on releasing the demo and thank you very much for the game!
The QoL improvements are great, the tutorial section was really detailed, especially through the "image highlight per instruction" format you've gone for, as well as the guide menu which will really help!
All the little decorations are perfect additions as well, they really bring the game to the next level of "cozyness".
The only thing I feel is missing would be a background music, which would add a lot of ambiance, but that can definitely come later after systems are done!
Looking forward to your next releases and to the full game!
