I don't even know which animation you're referring to ; there was certainly no animation that inserted the giantess foot into the player's mouth after trampling their face from multiple angles. If the overall animation really is a copy/paste then I didn't notice it whatsoever, which is a definite win on the part of the animation dev (who I still believe is different than the scummy patreon dev). Generally speaking, you and that other guy are making such a huge deal out of re-using stock etc animations just to bash this game even further than we already do, eventhough this issue is supremely insignificant. And this is what you seem to fail to understand. This is after YEARS of nothing. That animation isn't "worked on". The dev isn't working on anything, they are copy and pasting previous things they took from the internet to offer piece meal and boost up the patreon. People who actually work on their game tend to show a noticeable improvement over time. In this case it is getting worse and more cheaply made. Use the cheat engine. The suffocation meter starts at 100, so search for any float values equal to 100. Then, when the scene starts and the meter gets down a little, pause the game, figure out the approximate value out of 100 and filter the values in the cheat engine using a range search. You might have to do it once or twice. Once you found the meter, change it to 100 (it would disappear) or other value and tick a "fix value" option.how to remove the suffocation meter in Goddess of trampling 1? You'll need to do the same with the health bar, or otherwise you'll lose the health as well. This method works for me very well when I want to fáр on a scene with the Amazon jumping on my face.

Specifically in the Goddess of trampling 2 v0.1.3 version you can edit Thetis assets like nail colour(File ID 43) and remove certain body assets by accessing sharedassets3.assets.
Any edits you should backup the original file before.
Nothing really changed at all. From what I gather in comments all that they did was when the facesitting move happens the camera goes into first person. It doesn't look good.. I'd say wait until they actually update something of note. Probably never, but they tend to wait a month before releasing changes so they can milk the patreon.
