After playing all the routes as far as possible, I'd say for someone with godlike powers, he is pretty useless. Sure he turns all savage as a beast, but I think that just demonstrates the beasts nature as more aggressive and by that we at least get something that fits. The human path seems to emphasize the treacherous nature of humans, I can see it, but it needs work.
Now I'm not sure what the elfs are trying to do, building allies, getting new weapons, playing the long game and is that because they are supposed to be intelligent and since elfs live longer than humans, they have time?
The author is just as confused as you, he's a gardener type of writer, moving like a seaweed under the weight of the waves
Sadly this means there's a heavy chance the storyline won't amount to anything

All in all there is some basic idea in every path, but it contradicts itself in the execution
The Beast part, if we assume he turns into a savage beasts, more guided by his instincts and those are vengeance mainly, it would make sense. It seems odd since one of the points to join them is that beasts are just as much feeling civilized beings too, they don't really come of like that with this approach, and since the initial plan wasn't to kill all humans, just to try to end the war and save the beasts, it would make sense the transformation also alters the mind of the MC.
The idea of the human society as corrupted, a lot of power play, manipulation, and treacherous behavious works out, the MC has his own conspiracy going. Of course if he would have thought that through, he would come to the conclusion the way he handles this makes little sense. Either he is as powerful as he is supposed to be, than he would have better and rather obvious options than what he is doing in game or he isn't, which means he would need to invest a lot more time to get all the pieces into place, can't rush this.
As I said, the elf path is rather convoluted, and the elf goddess is funny enough way more aggressive than the MC or any of the elfs, and the weapon lab part seems so out of place.
I think all three parts have potential, but it seems this lacks focus, what's the idea of the path and how do I show it, so I do hope that gardener type of writer isn't going to be accurate

I’d also like to inform everyone that CH3 Beast is undergoing some changes. The current ending will remain, but after reviewing the story from a broader perspective, I realize that a choice should have been part of the original release, rather than something added later, which was what I initially planned.
There will be two new Main Quest that will change the course of the Beast Route.
A Genocide Path (Current Ending for CH3) and the Retribution Path.
This will create a 2 new Main quests.
This upcoming update will have:

- 1 New Big H Side Quest (Brothel, 3 Women 2 Men just like the Beasts Route)

- 3 New H Side Quests
CH3 Beast:
- 4 New H Side Quests
- 2 New Main Quests

I just finished playing the path of the beasts and the elves, particularly fucked me that the dev killed those 2 characters, Araxia was the one I liked the most of the squad, I would have preferred Rheiner to die, the Feera thing is fucked but maybe the mc should have taken her somewhere else or in the way of the beasts escape with her (although at that time he had an internal conflict).
The way of the beasts to me personally I liked it, a bit weird that why it left the humans was because they killed the innocent and raped the women, although I understood that this way is to give the humans a taste of their own medicine (although seeing the post above will give options).
The elves path is a bit weird at the beginning, the mc had already suffered at the hands of Sheena and goes again without taking any countermeasures so he ends up drugged and being the subject of experimentation, unlike the beasts path here you don't see a super powerful mc and on top of that he is used as a mere tool, in this path apparently you can only have one girlfriend (Arcaena or Night/Gale, maybe you don't have to be with any of them to be with the queen), in the night/gale path if you already had a relationship with arcaena
, it also pisses me off that the mc believes that if he doesn't end up with Arcaena the queen just won't go according to plan, this is her only chance, HE is her only chance to have a better future as shit is so easy to manipulate, if the queen wants to be with him well she will have to put up with that he already has a partner, literally he is the new god of the elves but he acts inferior to the queen, the rape of Night/Galle also comes out of nowhere, we have seen references that when the mc gets angry he loses a bit of control but that is only when one of the gates is activated, here that is not even shown and as an elf the Mc is not even shown to be dominant he is more of a sub (although not completely but he has a tendency); in Arcaena path it still seems stupid to me that he has to hide his courtship, also we have to mention that he is blackmailed to impregnate shuria, is they really going to drop a treaty for not impregnating her? also let's remember that Shuria easily defeats the Mc, it is true that he did not use his power but compared to the version of the beasts this version seems that he does not scare anyone. The creation of weapons is understandable in my opinion to equalize the battlefield but what I don't like is that the mc is reduced to a simple puppet.

I recommend playing the human path, the dev recently released an update to it so it goes further and it's an interesting storyline.
I'll second that you should play the human path. It avoids what you fear and is an interesting read.
That sounds amazing. I and others dont like that Genocide path, at least not as the only option available. I know from posts here that some are absolutely on board with kill all humans but certainly not everyone. I am wondering what the Retribution path will involve, I assume plenty of death still but not out right Genocide. This make me excited especially because this dev seems to be listening to our feedback.
As for the new H scenes. I am hoping that we get more scenes for the human path romance options. Having only one H-scene per love interest feels lacking compared to the other paths.
