I finally managed to get it working on v.0.5.4-166 from here

It was definitely something with my antivirus (bitdefender) blocking something at first to get it to boot at all, had to use another somewhat clean Win11 VM (you could probably just use another computer) without any extra additional antivirus to get it to load fully the first time (it did still take about 30 seconds for the first launch, then about 5 seconds to load any time after that)

But I doing the "login" button method broke the game for me (just always crashed out on trying to load any saves or trying to start any new ones)

So having the patch files in the game folder only, I just found a section of a lewd/sex scene where it makes you unlock "removing clothing", clicked it and it just worked from there out (it unlocked all the premium features/extras and also no crashing)

When on the home screen it doesn't say "logged in" or "crack enabled/patched" so I dare to press it as that looks like that was causing my crashing problem (might work for others)

Completed all the story lines and scenes (you can see some extra scenes in the "gallery")

Is there any cheat on this games? The money cheat was works by using cheat engine. But only change the heart cheat, like example: changing harley -2 to 2
