Sexy beach 3 and zero... The details and animation are top notch I mean, you can tan'em and see the white lines. Fuck'em and later on, their skin become a bit reddish and glistening in sweat. And it requires only a P4 2ghz potato to play it!

Not a specific example but the thing I love most is when you can see imperfections on the skin, whether it's freckles, spots, wrinkles, tanlines or just detail on the surface of the skin. It really lifts the quality and makes them look so much more realistic.
