I wouldn't include that in the initial 21 episodes, though I'll most likely be adding a group of episodes to include things I've missed in the main series. Wetting might be difficult, it's not something I've done before and I imagine trying to simulate the look of an expanding wet area on fabric to be incredibly difficult in Daz.
I'll include it in a list of topics I haven't added to the main game, and I would certainly want to add it after things are completed if I can find a way to pull off the technique in Daz. I'd most likely combine it with desperate peeing, something that will have a minor part in the story but doesn't have an episode dedicated to it.

• New scene + gameplay mechanic! A ‘Bladder’ system has now been added to the game, which you can toggle on/off at any time via the Preferences tab in the main menu. If this is triggered, it causes Claire’s bladder to fill up over time as you eat and drink, and eventually she’ll need to find a toilet or outhouse to relieve herself. If you don’t do that in time… well, there’s some rather shameful self-wetting consequences – complete with a scene for you perverts ;p
