if i remember correctly when you are dating eva and go to the pool party, you automatically break up with her. since you technically have broken up with eva, and eva with dave, dave is single. so a slutty ash can convince dave to fuck her, since game-wise dave thinks you are single and he is single. this would normally only be possible if you let eva pursue jack and tell dave he should break up with eva, since otherwise dave won't break up with eva and allow for ash to have sex with him.
i think that must be a bug then, because you can't have the first sex scene with dave AND date eva as well, but you need it to get the second sex scene with dave (in a route without dating dave).

that's a bit wonky to be honest. you can make Eric, Eva and Dave accept that you are doing porn, but except for one scene specifically dedicated to showing your choice of partner what video you did, the porn route takes precedence over any relationship ending. so you basically are single after the aforementioned scene.
Jessica and Jack cannot be dated and doing porn, as both only accept Ash as girlfriend if she is still good. at that point where they can become a couple, you have not enough chances to become a pornstar still.
sidenote: as far as i am concerned you never stay with tyrone. he'll just ditch you a bit later if you had that threesome with him at the poolparty.
