Lol! May I ask what program are you using? Or is there any details on how you develop the art for the game in general? Perhaps on patreon?
the beta contains the same content as version 0.8.1 when the most annoying bugs are fixed I could propose a version 0.9
First of all, thank you for that outstanding game! But i have to ask after reading that ^^ "Does that mean 0.9 isn't in the works yet?"
0.9 should be released sometime soon, maybe it's because he was working on both in parallel, so it hasn't been ported to the new engine.
Godot Beta is out for Pateron subscribers.

It would be stupid to make that public. Dev would have to deal with whining about "it's full of bugs" (yes it is, that's the reason) or "there's nothing new in it" (no, it isn't, for reasons).

They made an announcement on Patreon & itch.io that 0.9 will likely be delayed till the end of May.
The Beta found significant bugs to be corrected. Fully fixing them in code would take around 2 months, instead they're trying to make a work around fix, so that the delay won't be too bad.
