Hmmm. In windows mode, it's still full-screen, with no borders to grab and resize. i did manage to do so for a while, changing my resolution down a step, then after launching the game, setting it back to 1920x1080 which is normal. I was able to grab and resize the window.
After closing and relaunching the game, it went back to full-screen window with no borders to grab.
Guess I'll wait until the next release.

I had meticulous saves for most scenes so they could be replayed with dialogue, but I've lost them. Does anyone have anything like that?? Gallery is great but I want dialogue

Seems corrupt? but that is just a guess. Can you provide more details on what is happening? Like is this happening on game launch? Or is it in game?
