There's not really much more information to give. I download the game, I run the game, the game doesn't ever start. That's all there is to it. I am on Windows if that is relevant at all but other than that I don't know what more information I could provide.Not with these little information you are sharing. Sorry
Have you been able to get it to work? If not maybe you can try what i did for my GT 540M.
I had to update to WIN 10 which lead to a message like:
"Your video game drivers seem not to support the required Vulkan version. If possible consider updating your video card drivers or using the OpenGL 3 driver. You can enable the OpenGL 3 driver by starting the engine from the command line with the command: "Goodbye_Eternity-v.0.9.1.exe" --rendering-driver opengl3
And that is exactly how you can get it to work. You can open the command line via "cmd" or you can create a batch file to open the game and then type first to change the directory: cd "\path to the game" for example cd "C:\User\Documents\Game"
and after that type in: "Goodbye_Eternity-v.0.9.1.exe" --rendering-driver opengl3
the game should start now.

Guys someone help how do I transfer my save files from ver.0.8.1 to ver.0.9.1 I downloaded from the mega link and there was no rar file it was just the game I don't see the save folder help

Restart PC
Check task manager for any background process
Hope to god whichever you do somehow works
You could also see if your AV has somehow picked it up as a false positive (I don't even know how it could, though)

Did you use the 0.9.1 version? Otherwise there is a bug that prevents you from playing further

No sings of it on my antivirus or the task manager (yes even in the background process) and restarting didn't do anything. The only way I have to acknowledge it exists is that if I try to delete it I get a notification that I can't because it's running.

Update the Drivers... although, well, another one could be... How much ram do you have?

Sounds like there is a bg process of it then, somewhere. Might have a different name. You could list all your running process before and after running the game to see if you can find any new processes.
