I haven't played the friendship route for Asami, but I can tell you that the love route works for a good guy MC. Though just a heads up if you do the love route with Asami you won't have the option at all to get in a relationship with her mom, you can get together with her mom if you do the friendship route

Is it just me or is the home BGM bass boosted to hell and back

edit: Finally managed to finish what the game had to offer so far. Wow that was good. Narratively speaking. Some of the relationship developments felt a bit fast but you take what you can get. This game's already pretty high quality. Really can't wait to see what this game has to offer in the future.
