I got 2 endings where Netoru goes to Asami's house and it is heavily implied he rapes her. But we don't really know

The author does that to keep the player in tension, but it's impossible for Netoru to do that to Asami because this kind of situations are forbidden in the Patreon “Community Guidelines” and I don't think RNGeusEX will risk losing his Patreon page just because of a scene

These kinds of situations are not forbidden in the Patreon terms. What is forbidden is the glorified depiction of such scenes for erotic enjoyment. So the developer could choose to confirm through story telling (i.e., dialogue) that rape occurred, and that would be fine. I think it was decided to release the 11th instead.
Delay is for technical reasons, the art person already has some of the 11th stuff...
Not 100% but let's wait and see.

when I have sex with Asami, even though I have pubic hair on in the preferences, they still dont show up during sex scenes. Anyone else have that problem?

I will give you a quick answer: Yes, everyone has the same problem. Try to not skip messages, save often and try to not spam click or tap when the game freezes or it will fucking blow the app. The game is now on Godot instead of renpy, and the creator itself doesn't know how to make a videogame with that engine.

If the game ends up being cool (MC becomes righteous Yakuza warlord after finally joining the damn Dojo) with the option to skip routes/ignore girls (no way fag choice which skips all the "fluff"/sex with the respective girl, possibly having the main story be its own thing and the romance stuff branch off of it for pacing purposes), then I'll gladly throw some more coins at this merchant

There's a built in walkthrough. It's not the greatest but if you're reading the dialog it serves as a reminder more than anything. Besides that, the game is pretty linear.
Before you would need a mini walkthrough to get the path for any specfic girl you wanted to go on but now there's even an option for that.
So in short: Nah, you can go in blind and be perfectly fine.
