I played this game a long time back. So how much femdom did they add in this game? Is it just foot stuff? Or is there things like edging, pegging etc
Nothing like that. Except that the daughter of the restaurant owner, Sakuya, is intrusive. And your own half-sister, Noriko, is initially dismissive and also offers a route where she behaves dominantly in some scenes. In one scene, she puts her foot on the protagonist's face.
But nothing further in the direction of femdom can be found so far. It's actually a relationship drama and the player influences how the protagonist behaves towards the individual women, while dubious types endanger the idyll. What bothers me a bit about this is that the drama is achieved by the characters not talking to each other enough. So sometimes I would like to kick them in the butt for dancing and talking around the elephant in the room but not mentioning it.
The developer is trying things out, it seems. The game doesn't look cheap, but it kept having problems, though I don't know the background to that. The game definitely offers some entertainment if you don't expect certain kinks, and it nods in different directions during the scenes.
