Sadly from what I remember the dev said Asamis mother is off limits unless your on Asamis friend route.
It's such a bizarre choice, it's not like you can only get one girl or something, the way you get girls is very linear to be able to support these types of complex choices, and the game never hints about this, quite opposite, you're able to get romantic with Noriko and Yasuka at the same time but not with Asami and her mom. I really don't understand why.
The Dev also said their would not be NTR either but seem like there will be for the bad ends (I think I heard someone said it not techanally ntr but still sound like it), so if egough people want a route where you date both asamis and her mom at the same time, they could do it.
I did remember the last time I play, it was mention that you would have to pick only one person at the end, so maybe that have something to do with it. But yeah, weird choice honestly

Dev will lost my trust and I never support him again if he side step and add this not technically NTR into the game. yeah it's not NTR if you don't care about her. try convince Vanilla guy this is not NTR. hope you success. me personally. if I don't like a girl I still play her route just to get the scene in gallery and I really don't want to have any NTR in gallery.
If you have to debate is it NTR or not. it is. the feeling of NTR is there. if you don't feel it is NTR. someone else will feel it.
Tldr. Don't make a promise you can't keep. No NTR is no NTR. don't side step this shit. If DEV really want to make NTR. just make new game. Goodbye Etenity if or something.
Yeah, i mean I understand if someone decided to add something when they said they would not add before because they change their mind, but the way the dev try to use a loophole of "techanally it not ntr" kinda irritated me because if you want to add ntr, just call it what it is instead of trying to find a loophole.

As someone who hates NTR I don't consider a bad ending to be a deal breaker, but if you lock a route to another character getting a bad end that's retarded.
What changed in the update? What does that even mean?
I pretty sure that's the natsume route. She is gang banged by the whole gang every other week.

I'm going to start off by saying this "Feelings don't matter to anyone but the one who's feeling it." This isn't to dismiss your or anyone else's feelings, but when you said "If you have to debate is it NTR or not. it is. the feeling of NTR is there. if you don't feel it is NTR. someone else will feel it." you're pretty much dismissing any thought or feeling that's not aligned with yours. And that's just pure bullshit.
"If you have to debate if it's NTR or not", facts decide yea or nay not your feelings. "The feeling of NTR is there", only for you and that does not make you right. "If you don't feel it is NTR, someone else will feel it". That is a personal problem, not supportive evidence and no one can control how someone else feels. If it does not fit the definition of NTR it is not NTR no matter how you feel about it, end of story.
P.S. I want the Dev to keep to their promise as well as we've had sooooooo many other devs break theirs. But I'm not about to let some self-serving nonsense fly.
