To just cover the jist of my review: The game currently features little to no content, completed in 10 minutes, has every choice (besides naming) locked behind paywall, and is written in past-tense.

I personally see NTR in abbreviation form as a wide umbrella and netorare if you want to be more specific. NTS being a was to specify further, not something separate. That's how I use it. Of course, we have swinging for that already and the tag on f95 isn't NTR it is netorare.

Still, even on pixiv or other Japanese sources, NTR is used to refer to NTS and to cheating (in the non-rape kind of way). A huge part of the genre may be rape, non-consenting stealing of a person's lover, but it's evidently not exclusive to that.
But I do feel for you. I'm not against you. Cheating is, however, NTR. You can argue cucking is NTS and should not be counted, and in fact that we have swinging and that's a closer term to use, but cheating is definitely NTR.
