I understand your response, people complaining about the NTR tag is annoying when, at the moment, it's the only one we have to kind of cover what a lot of people consider a very diverse set of circumstances. However, in this case, I'm pretty sure the person you're responding to is just referring to the description of the game, where it mentions containing "HEAVY CUCKING", and then being dissatisfied with the available content.

There are many choices unavailables (mostly all choices that involve interesting content).
I was so disappointed by that. I couldn't get any nice picture i saw in the thumbails : only patreons can.
The art is nice and all but the only way to not feel restricted it paying for the game.
For this reason I do not recommend this game
