GPU for Daz?

Found great deal for HP Omen i7 9750H 16 GB Ram and Rtx 2070, but not sure if laptop would be good option for rendering. Maybe someone with more experience with this could help decide?

there are two problems with laptop rendering:
1- often the parts are a stepped down version from their PC equivalent
2- the heat management isn't as robust as PC
