Cause the dev is trying to rip people off of course. It makes absolutely no sense to release a censored version of the game to someone who is paying money (if you only support him with a dollar, you get the censored version, which becomes the public version), unless he's trying to squeeze more money out of people.
f95's definition of netorare (NTR) is: Designed to cause jealousy by having the romantic interest involved with someone other than the MC.
So in essence, the mom becoming a stripper and eventually getting involved with others in a sexual way is f95's version. There has been many attempts to get the definition to change to what most online places define, as in a type of "cheating" where the person ends up being stolen, and it has been shot down every time. Of course there are also other versions of NTR, such as netori, which basically is where the story follows the person who is stealing, rather the person who is being stolen from/is being stolen. Which in that case, almost every game on this site would be considered netori.
