He's not completely wrong. some are short, but I wouldnt say less than 10min short. some, like v51 was, are unusually long.

The only way to play any of these updates in 10 minutes is to either hold down the ctrl key or not choose anyone ... and even then you should be "forced" to pay attention to at least 1/3 of this upddate.
