Expect to wait a very long time IMO. Since part 4 was the halfway point, there most likely will be 4 more parts after that, with part 6 the earliest likely moment when Amy will finally fall. Besides, I've learned to appreciate the slow progress compared to regular porn as it makes the moment it happens that much sweeter, especially when it comes to romance.

If you think, it will happen in part 6, you are on drugs, it will probaly happen at the end of part 4 or somewhat early in part 5.

According to the fan-made chart included in OP, Anne was the middle sister. It has never been counteracted AFAIK, so "Word of St Paul" is likely in effect.
