would be a point if MB wanted to sell us a "close to reality novel" but started with the fact that a person with priapism that is prolonged as long as MC has his hard on at this point would be hospitalized, or at least having severe health problems.

A man with super sperm ( generic super genetic without realistic or plausible realistic explanation) a generic fertility drug, I mean all the fertility thing is pretty generic, so the AVN stretch the reality.
That being said it's not that far from reality either, it's just that moonboox is not wasting ( and he does very well to do so, imho) time in giving useless explanations, things work and that suffice, it's not the most important thing in the story, it works period. :):)

been a long time since biology, but pretty sure women can get pregnant til the late stages of menopause, so if nana hasnt gone through that yet, she can get knocked up.

Priya's drug fixes so even the older ladies can get pregnant, no matter what.

I wouldn't be completely surprised if Grand-Nan gets pregnant as well......it is MoonBox we're talking about here....

It does make you wonder if said fertility drug and the protagonist's super sperm combined might end giving to some of the ladies twins, triplets or something like that. Then again, Moon will be the one to end up surprising the players in the future. :):)
