Moonbox split the game into separate parts to keep the download size down. But you need to start with Part 1, save at the end, then your save will be loaded into part 2 and then so on. Given that we're only at v39 and many of the characters seem very far from a full sexual relationship, as well as we don't really have much that tells us what kind of ending this game will ever have, I would expect this to go 6 or more parts by the end of it.
I have played the whole game but a couple of updates. So i wanted do play it without downloading the whole game againFor what do you wan't to see the latest content ? If you have not the slightest idea of what it is all about?

You would either have to play 0.37 and save at the end, that way you have the save that transfers over to part 3, or you would have to get someone else to send you their save to load in part 3, that's the only way you could skip 0.37. (as far as I know)
One litlle Correction 0.37 was the end of part 2 and not 0.38 other than that you are correct.

The most recent update, if you're on the connected path, increases her role exponentially ... to be fair though, I've seen that model in a few games as background characters.
