I can see how much sense your comment about "one dude many accounts" makes sense, as I've once played an MMO based off Games of Thrones of which one guy made a legion of alt. accounts and spent thousands on each to power level them for the sole purpose of trolling all the other players from their hard-earned progress until enough people complained to get all of them transferred out of the world we were in to stop his toxic presence.
