Aside the fact that we not only have a man with super sperm, but also a gynecologist like Pryia that is working to a cure for women that suffer of infertility like her, so I wouldn't say that having a 60 yo woman carrying a child is not that strange ( provided that Ophelia is doing the cure, of course).
