Well I'm going to give a solution that many developers or even users use on this forum, it is in three letters 'P2P'. Well in the end its a decision of Moon anyways. There is also the possibility of him not having that great of upload, so uploading the now 20 GB+ game may not even work. Or Moon just wants it split in parts for other reasons too.
I myself (as an uploader) like it this way way more then it being full on 20GB
