As far as GILF fetish, in these games I would argue in favour. The granny is most likely to look like a milf with grey hair due to the limitations of the modelling software and aesthetics of the dev. As such if MILFs are ok then arguing against GILFs seems peculiar.
What then is left to differentiate between MILF & GILF? I would argue that being unable to get pregnant would be a significant factor, after all if you cant get pregnant then one of the big factors against incest is removed, similarly for sex with someone other than their husband. Whereas if granny can get pregnant easily then what story justification is there for her to be a GILF insteas of a MILF?
Or to put it another way, in game terms GILFS may look & behave like MILFS with less reason to be worried about having sex. Im not seeing a downside here, provided there are women of child bearing age to cope with pregnancy and lactation fetishes.
I know its fiction and the dev can do whatever they want, but usually for sake of common frame of reference its best to keep the deviations from reality to a minimum as deviations usually need to be explained/justified.
