2. It's not one big harem, it's split up into smaller ones. 3. Side girls are people like Aiko or Shawna, they won't be part of a harem, they just have a few scenes here and there.

I think with Shizuka we have already seen what type of situation Shizuka is gonna be in with Thomas. She is gonna be his pet and she will be "rewarded" when she is good.
