Your case of enjoying other fetishes that feature in the game, does not make what I said incorrect.
There are countless games featuring pissing, pregnancy, &\or netori, that do not feature Grandmothers.
If you play a game called Grandma's House, where the Grandmother is prominently featured as a main, titular, character & LI, it should be pretty damned obvious that she's gonna get some.
Ergo if they don't like the idea of fucking Grandmothers (Nana is not the only one), playing this game is pretty fucking dense.
