Yep. It's a bit of a stretch to call it a patch though, it's just a modified definitions file.
The relationship definitions are all set in rels.rpy - the 'patch' just has different definitions. Unless/until the dev adds some new characters, the current version of the 'patch' will work. My rels.rpy file hasn't changed for *ages.*
