I believe the game at the beginning gave the impression that MC banging his grandma was going to be the end game, hence why we had the "there's no sex with Nana yet, which now says "there's no sex with Amy" yet. I suspect if the missing sister turns up alive, after the MC bangs Amy, the tag gets changed to "there's no sex with Melissa yet". However the updated wiki certainly does say that the sister is dead.

I went back through the entire game and input some basic analytics into a spreadsheet to make an accurate pregnancy tier list. Rediscovered a lot of things I had forgotten, like MC taking Tanya's virginity back in college. The funniest was the realization that it was only 10 in-game days between MC impregnating the maid and elevator woman in France and the two of them appearing on TV to say they were (visibly?) pregnant!

Yes, but the belly was truly enormous. I've seen women with 9 months bellies smaller than that (I've also seen larger... LOL).I feel like that was at least a month later though ...

Biggest belly I remember seeing, was of a very tall black woman carrying triplets. Everything seems tiny compared to that. One of my sons friend's mother is only 1,20m tall, I met her when she was pregnant with her second son, she was smaller than that belly, no, not her belly, her, and her belly, could fit inside that other woman's belly.
One of my wife's cousins, was nine months preggo and no one noticed, she didn't even looked like she gained weight. And boy, do I have an eye for that. No swollen lips, no larger boobs, no skin changes, no changes in her gait. Suddenly, pop... a girl is here.
Paveena, looked at least 6 months pregnant. We are now reaching the 6 months in-game.
So, there's some validity to Priya's hypothesis.
