Does anyone know when the public release of update 0.81 will be?

Yes. A lot of people know.

We know that the Dev releases an update every 1st day and every 15th day of every month. We also know that then the several Patreon and SubscribeStar Tiers are 12 days long. In addition we know that after those 12 days, the updates go Public and are published here and in several other places, making for a Public release every 13th and 27th day of every month.

And now, if you read this, there's at least one more person that knows.

Do you need to download every part or just part 5 for the whole game ?

You do understand the concept of "Part" right? As in, it's not a COMPLETE thing, it's only "Part" of it? You were taught this in Elementary School, were you not?

Now that we've established this, if it is only a "Part" of a thing, what do you think? Do we need the other parts or no?

You need ALL the Parts. You need to play them in ORDER, starting on the Part 1. You also need to install EACH part in a different folder.

I don't know how far you are in the game.
But considering that the scene in question was from 0.69 and 0.80 is the current version, I would say that you have “missed” 11 updates.
