I don't remember Aiko ever being related to anyone else in the game ... If you can find that information I'd be happy to fix that content. I also don't remember her being guaranteed not to ever be used that way under Mr. Lee ... although I feel like somewhere it said Mrs Lee was trying to protect Asami and Shizuka, but not sure about that.

People are excited for what's going to happen now that Amy finally did something sexual to Thomas and not just the other way around. We are hoping for her to do more this version, although it's imo quite likely that we need to wait for v.0.92 or v.0.93 for her to go further than she has now.

MB has told us repeatedly over the years that there's no twist, no conspiracy, she really is dead. It would be a shitty thing to do, to go back on it now. there's really no need for it in the story.

Grandma, Amy, Liz, Kat & MC would all need it, as well as his sister.
Even if she got it from the crash, we know that the other 5 aren't suffering with it. As clearly evidenced by them all recognising each other.
You can't just give it to one person as explanation for why she doesn't know them, then expect 5 others who aren't suffering with the same condition to also lose their memories of her.
Seems a bit of a stretch...
Even in a game where the MC uses a variety of inappropriate tools to fix cars, logic still applies.
1. At the start of the game it's been 6 years since the accident. Especially when someone gave themselves a completely different style it's easy not to recognize them (for example if you went from vanilla to complete emo) after such a long time.
2. They think the sister is dead, so even if someone comes around that looks like her, but uses a different name and doesn't recognize them, it's quite easy to accept that she's not the sister.
3. She is someone that during the time of the game so far only Thomas has met and none of the other family members.
Of course there is a need for it, more girls to have incest with!

Yeah, but he said also about other girls he wouldn't add that he later put in the game. Unless we have in-game visible proof that she's dead, there's always a very small chance that he will change his mind in the future.
