Just started, so far it was really enjoyable, but I have a question, is there any consequences if I go for all? Like, there are moments where you choose and some choices lead to sex scenes while others is just plain "flip the bird" to poor girl and I just cant do that...
Though, I actually really appreciate that choices are really obvious in this one, no ambiguousness, you know what you are choosing.

From what I've seen so far I don't think so, you can choose to go full harem or pursue you preferred women, and as of right now there's no drama vibes from the story.
The MC is upfront and honest and quite the gentleman despite being a libertine, and even though the harem route is just at the beginning phase I don't think Moonbox is oriented to change it for a confrontational type of story, I think there will be a good development for it not something filled with jealousy or hate, imho.

If you are asking if there is any negative outcome for going for all the girls, the answer is no. You can have anyone you want without worrying, and if you don't want a girl nearly all of them can be avoided.

You can pursue as many or as little routes as you want except for Nana, Amy, Liz, Cat, Jamila and Shizuka who aren't optional.
The only consequences for rejecting anyone is that a few routes are locked behind others. You can't start the Jada route without Aaliyah, or O'Reilly harem without Fiona. Sophia's mom will either be locked behind Sophia or Ophelia.

My only complaint is that ... another dev that has never seen a human ass before. This is why I love illusion games. They get asses right.
Ofc, the game is exquisite. Just, my pet peve. I'm pretty sure the vast majority of 3d games get asses incomprehensibly wrong.

EDIT: One more thing! The only downside of hardcore harem games - I'll never get enough of the girls I really like. Aiko. I want a game with Aiko!
