i like the game but i kind of wished from each game there was a complete subjugation where you don't fight those monsters anymore or at least instant kill by contact if your to strong

Skill coins are unlimited since some enemies drop them later in the game so don't worry about them, I recommend you cheat the luck amulet or whatever is called so you can get better drops early and get the exclusive equipment some enemies drop, other than that it's a game without big design errors.
Are there more harems like this one? I remember the Kamichichi one but that was horrible, it barely has scenes and a lot are missable.

About 40+ should do it. Once you unlock the invite, it will tell you the required affection needed for every interaction.

I think you have to go down, to the desert area since Kuu told you to skip reporting her after investigating the area.
It gets unlocked once the game is beaten. You can just download a save and get it.
Anywho, does anyone know where the house you're supposed to buy is? Or does it happen automatically later in the story?

The game is actually excellent. Still a little butthurt that the hottest girls all have no scenes/interactions though.

You need to complete both dungeons and talk to Eve, Calidus region is just south of Monsholm if you completed the place you should see the arrows going down.
another black smith quest from a different black smith and then a side quest you get introdusted to in prep for the final battle
