Isolated Island Cave, take the left path and follow it through or take the short cut it'll take you close to end, go to where you fight Ryuen (I think that's how its spelled) and take the left path.
So im assuming that the last member of the team has joined, in that case on the field map go to the first section and there should be a new area on the left in the trees i think
Do you have rpg maker program? If so the issue might be due to a faulty download. In that case try again. If all fails see if your locale is in japanese. That might help
RPG save editor. No need for lvl, just change the values for atk, def and etc. Even money if u want.
Also does anyone know where the locations for the dragon shrines are? I found 5, pretty sure theres supposed to be 1 more

No need, skill coins are dropped by enemies later on and can be bough if you do a sidequest after saving the merchant Jess and reaching the first part of the final region. I recommend you use the lucky coin I think it was that doubles drops and done, you can even make money by selling extra skill coins to those merchants and there are enough unique skill books for every party member.
In the early area Meave Highway - Side Path a couple of items are out of reach, there is a trick to get them or can be obtained later?
