if you want to play with mtl english, try using textractor. they usually use Gtranslate but there's some tutorial on youtube on how to use it with deepl and sugoiTL. I can't really help you with the set up though since I don't understand it myself KEKW

It was smart to include a disable the gore button. And then its just a sexy SS.
...I dont really mind goofy stuff like the exploding insemination machine and tearing monster's limb from limb, but just chicks with their eyes gouged out and all that, I dont get it.

I just noticed, if you attack Asmodeus or whatever she is called (girl in the main hub who let's you upgrade your skilltree ) you can trigger a bossfight with her.
After you defeat her you will get a perk for your character. If you leave now the main hub and re-enter you can fight against her again. By winning you'll get another perk.
Winning or losing each triggers it own finish/game over scene/CG
