For me the game runs smoothly, try this save, is after the shower scene

Appriciate the help, turns out it was the "Universal_Choice_Descriptor" I installed with it that was the problem, removed that and there was a continue option under it.

Total animations/video rendered = 109 animations

A suggestion...maybe try using the URM tool along with the Choice DM. The URM tool will also display all of the visible choices as well any hidden choices that don't display on your screen...which could be used to advance the story forward. I also use that tool to display issues that have requirement check errors (which can sometimes affect game play).

Every requirement check is displayed at the top corner of your screen...just expand to view the contents of the notice. As I use both Ren'Py tools with my Adjustment mod, which I created for many other titles I play. As those tools normally work very well together, but not always.
