So to start off, this game is unstable as fuck, then if you do get to play it it's so poorly optimised it's not even funny. What is worse this has been the case since the previous version at least.
Oh and I can't find any in game sound options so you have to do the work system side.

Next issue is for some stupid reason all characters selected default to Futa despite being female characters. I don't mind futa and do think it's a good option but should not be default.
Interactions are limited and very basic.
While I'm into Giantess fetish this game is at best 30 min time waster if I really try it out and for 2Gb that sucks.

Have not tried everything despite trying thanks to how unstable the game is.

Only positive I can give is there has been good work done with maps, they are no longer basic generic maze like rooms but individualised from what little I've seen.
Also you can now further customise the giantess' by giving them larger breasts, butts or even making them futa as well as giving them different skin colours although most suck due to dark colouring in a dark game making details basically non existent.

There is promise to the game, but it needs a lot more cooking.

you can optimize until the cows come home but the game will keep taking away your settings even if you click "optimal settings".

Pretty decent little arcade game. I focused on the 'tiny' gameplay, and only briefly played the giantess gameplay.

There're 3 death animations, with each being different depending on the 3 available giantesses. No futa-specific animations.

Chica: Foot crush
Alice: Butt crush
Karelia: Boob crush

All scenes are player POV and very brief. In terms of gameplay, I definitely agree with the other comments that it gets repetitive, fast. It's silly to criticize this given the genre, but the maps are massive and the player movement is slow--even with the sprint mechanic. Jumping and crouching doesn't really have any effect on gameplay. Winning offers no reward, and finding the giantess to get a scene can take up to a few minutes. It's also worth mentioning that the giantess AI often breaks, and they can get stuck on map corners and models, sometimes they can freeze up entirely on their own. The additional gamemodes are nice, but in my opinion I'd like to see more focus on the default gameplay/gamemode.
