I used this to download it from Baidu, it took forever but worked even through Internet Download Manager:

it was too big to upload to a free MediaFire account and Mega has that download limit for free accounts so I uploaded to Anonfiles, apparently it can be slow to download from there sometimes but it can't be slower than the Baidu download was:

I recommend using a download manager of your choosing instead of the built in browser one, personally I highly recommend Internet Download Manager. Although I have had speed problems with Anonfiles in the past, the download manager never lets the download break or fail and it finishes successfully eventually and also allows for pausing and resuming later.
