If they release the game for free I honestly have no problem with them using others' art, though I think one should be upfront about it and cite sources. It's been a part of porn games since basically forever and produced some pretty good games (Hentai University, Adam and Gaia etc), in fact as a rule of thumb I think you can easier achieve some consistency over AI. Honestly, like with AI, judgement should depend on if you produce something new and interesting or a lazy cash-grab.

Piracy isn't a pricing issue but a service issue. Acquiring many of these games is way too difficult or impossible for some users. And in other cases, paying for questionable machine translations some circles pass as 'official translations' is hard to justify.

Besides, "you can't speak on theft because you pirated" is a fallacy. One can do wrong and still recognise when wrongdoing is taking place.

I went and did some digging and i found a bunch of other games with the same characters, while i was searching for more of them i found someone who i think is the original artist and the reason why all of these games have the same characters is because its from basically an asset pack that the original artist is selling on dlsite.

..dat said...dev could have avoid some of it...by sayin it somewhere....

So, to make things fully clear, this artist named KATUU made (As of the making of this post) 3 volumes of assets, in which, among all 3, are the girls of the game that previously appeared in "You reincarnated into the game world and fucked the NPCs! ~Animation~" by Peperoon, a japanese dev, which was posted about 6-7 months ago, TuomoL (dev) found and bought them and made the game so, no, it isn't stealing art from another creator, if something, it's more along the lines of capitalism.

Neat, but I agree, if it were specified or made known, this "stolen art" situation wouldn't even exist.

On another note, anyone else getting an error saying "img/picture/c16.png" can't be loaded? As soon as you buy a characterand open the menu, it goes haywire, but if you open it again with the autosave it kinda fixes it? However, trying to open the CG gallery seems to trigger the error anyways. Anyone know something or how to fix it?

Edit: Afteryting some things, it's notbuying a character, but more like an invisible character being added to the party, if you don't buy and go back, a dialogue with an invisible character triggers and the error happens. Curious.

Yes i got same bug, i just copy c16_menu.png and rename to 16.png as temporary fix.

so hestia,ilulu and tatsumaki aren't loli even if they are called lolis? if it has tits and ass is still a loli just one of the variant,especialy that one since it was from a game with other oppai lolis

Hestia gets called a loli by her bullies, but she is a shortstack. Tatsumaki isn't a shortstack, because she is not stacked at all. I don't know Ilulu.

hestia got called a loli even by other japanise comments and even in the card game one of her card is litteraly calle "loli goddes hestia" becouse is a loli, the thing is that not all lolis are shortstack but many oppai lolis can be called shotstavk by englis speaker

"oppai loli" is the definition of a shortstack. They are short, but well-developed sexually.
