not sure about that becouse in that case goblin who are shortstack aren't automaticaly lolis, more generaly i feel is a yes but many times there were maybes, so i don't think is a 1 to 1 translation or definition, and the guy before said that tatsumaky isn't a shortstack even tho many thime her ass is like a good 30% of her body especialy in the manga. he dosen't know ilulu so he could give me his opinion, but her is one i could say id both a shortstack and an oppai loli.

In my eyes, Tatsumaki could be Misaka Mikoto's classmate. A bit too mature for a loli.
And I looked up Ilulu, and my conclusion is "kill it with fire!". But she might be a shortstack. It's hard to see because of her breasts.

I get that to you they aren't lolis but tatsumaky is still refered by murata as a loli, hestia in the anime and in the card game is still refered as a loli even rebecca from cyberpunck is called a loli by studio trigger. ilulu is something that could be call a shortstack and a oppailoli, and ilulu look very similar to the cat girl that is here, that comes from a game with many oppailolis
