Best way I found was to jump over her whenever she started the animation pointing her finger. Also if you have them, use Scrolls of Light, they easily destroy her.

I don't remember where it was sold (probably from that drunk girl merchant though), but if you use the save from this thread, it has like 40 scrolls in its inventory.
This isnt the creators from parasite in the city?
I have always liked this game, but 2 really doesn't feel as fun as 1, and it's very stuck. Maybe it's because it's not done.

you dont buy it you fight the light things from the heaven stage they drop those quite often
