For those who are eagerly waiting for Airi to get pregnant, your wish is granted. Airi gets pregnant regardless of what option you choose and gives birth, probably a bug that will be fixed from Part 45b. Although I love the game and Guilty Hell 1 as well, I will keep Part 44 and probably wait for part 46 or part 47. I am still confused why KairiSoft gave us the Casino map last time and just abandoned it....
If you had already tried 0.44, I don't think there is a new area. Unless you count the rainstorm and thunder when you got back to the filmsy bridge.
Basically this update only added
1) Monk playing with Airi's tits on the top of the mountain
2) Airi gets randomly pregnant regardless of what option you choose, gives birth, and the fairies carries the child to the sky.
Preferred if Kairisoft just worked on the Casino map instead.... Have Airi lost money in gambling, borrow money, "earn it back" etc..
This time around they said they added a birth and baby mechanic, but didn't give any directions to where you need to go to turn it on beyond "The Slope" and I can't seem to find any hills in the game that look anything like the screen shot. You're only supposed to get randomly horny, and need to talk to this NPC to trigger pregnancy, which can be turned off by dying once. No idea where this is though, judging by the level it must be near the end of current content.

I tried to purchase a couple monsters from Vivi for her Experimentation area, but I think that whole piece might be bugged in v0.45. I don't know if maybe it's because I used a save from v0.44a, but when the window opens up to select a monster, only the slider bar seems to be working. I can't select or even highlight any of the mobs. When I exit the window, there's an empty dialogue box that only seems to go away when I talk to someone else who has a shop window of some kind.
Like Vivi's nurse assistant or whatever she is in the front room. If I talk to that cunt and choose the cancel option instead of shopping, it brings up Vivi's monster window again, which is still otherwise unresponsive, and when closing that window, the blank dialogue box remains. If I choose shopping instead, it brings up the proper window with the red potions and they can be bought as normal. When I close that window, the blank dialogue box goes away.

v0.45a is super buggy indeed. try to sell anything and the game will freeze.
the monk in 0.44 too buggy animation.. you can't stop once you started the "boobs offering"
