Hello, can someone tell me where the English translation is? Has the game finally been translated at least for the answer choices and main quest?

Figured out why Melonloader doesn't seem to want to work for me. Have my game set up with the Reipatcher auto translator and Melonloader doesn't seem to like that. Any way to get the two to work together? Or is there an autotranslator for Melonloader I can use?
By the way, 46b and 46a all characters can't have sex with big lips，feedback to the author that it will be fixed in version 46c.

Copy dll file to /Mods/
Usage:
Press F10 => every summon and possible timebacks should unlock
Press F11 => replaces summons with "Ex" summons
(to update the summon list, re-enter gallery area)
P.S. removed files. Use older or newer version of the mod.
You must be registered to see the links

You can heal by going to those save spots and interacting with them.
