Is the interaction with the three futa ladies only limited to the smaller one getting a BJ for the time being?

Interesting game...
I almost did not as much as start it, because you need to press Z (or Y on some keyboards) to even start the game, because it does not recognize any click or ENTER, ha ha.
Then, you can use arrow keys to move (great
), jump with C... The Z is for attack, but i encountered some people, did attack, and they just stood there like nothing happened.. Never mind then, fighting is not my thing anyways... But I encountered a guy with a heart over his head. I don't want to just let that pass. How do I interact with him?

Not only heart, under his feet, there is also a symbol.
The same symbol is under a door I find, which looks like I should be able to interact with it.
Only I don't know HOW. So far I only know how to walk left and right. HOW do I INTERACT with anything or anyone in this game?
Please read the second part of the quote you replied to. You need a specific skill for this interaction (I'm not sure if you're using the MelonLoader translation in the walkthrough post, but it's because prostitution is taboo for goddesses). You get this skill either by getting a specific game over from the black market side quest, or by working at the inn

I can't seem to initiate the futa lady BJ. Does it only work on the first try? Because I wasn't at 35 love and didn't have the prostitution skill yet, so all I could do was "Ignore." But now when I try Option 1 Prostitute, she just goes Yeah ! And then nothing happens...
EDIT: Oh by the way, in case anyone gets stuck after getting the 3 mushrooms, I had to talk to a bunch of people in the bar before the 3 girls would leave the bar-hotel and go to the woods...
EDIT2: Damn, I get it now. You have to hold shift, and hit C to switch to the other skills. I was missing that the entire time...

It's obviously in development, the game in itself is full of 'get pregnant' dialogue. Don't know why you have to be such a jackass about it.

My dude, as of now we literally have only one enemy capable of breeding and some barebones pregnancy content that we still don't know whether it will go into some meaningful direction.
My point was mostly that you should take off some of that Hopium as I can bet my ass you will be disappointed. Kairi does make a good work but going by history - it is usually left with lots of unfinished stuff and loose ends (check GH1). I wouldn't be surprised if impregnation was tied to slime, bugs and one or two humanoids story-wise (we already know Destroyer impregnation is considered an endgame content and most likely it will not be a gameplay feature), as game is not exactly flexible animation-wise (prerendered content).
We can revisit this topic once we see something more done. And dialogues are cheap - it's essentially just walls of text.

tbh I'm okay with that. They push out *good* content very regularly. Other creators get massive monthly revenue and put out very little.

we're just joking, no offense meant
and while buziol is right i think some people made mods to be able to be impregnated by any enemy not just the slime
and in the story dialogue a monk mentions that there's a sacred technique to be able to make the goddess pregnant so maybe the idea will get explored more in the future
