OK. Checked that scene now too, but it also worked on my device. So I unfortunately don't know if it's in your case the game and/or your device, or my compression for the port causing that.

Edit: I added a save quite after that bj scene so you can at least continue the game (on autosave 1)
(extract the Zip and add that save to the folder ....\RenPy_Saves\com.koga3.guiltypleasure)

KoGa, it's not Guilty Pleasure, it's misnamed it is actually "My Pleasure" and that is probably why you are having a problem modding it.
