Review on v0.2
First off I will be briefly touching on what I think with no spoilers, then below that I will be explaining in detail why I felt this way, so click on spoilers if you want to read this.
Ok, it is not a good start to a game, below average I would say, so it has gotten two stars. The renders are ok by today's standards compared to what I have seen in other games and the animations in others, nothing special, in some places downright poor. The dialogue and scene set up is really bad in some places with cliche conversations about being late for work and shopping, to then jumping off the deep end to unbelievable conversations between family with little to no build up. We go from a timid sister who is shocked you walked in on her to her being ok with extreme things which will be discussed in the spoilers.
So far there is not much, it is pretty wooden and stilted. Totally not grounded in any form of believability or subtle build up and that will become pretty apparent when you play it. you are a family of you, two sisters, and Mom. You see mom briefly, older sis and the rest is your blonde sister which seems of the same age. The set up is the build up to a party your friend is holding after graduation, mark, which will be discussed in the spoilers and what occurs at the party.
From memory there is one piece of music on loop in the background which does not fit some scenes. I would not say it is a mood setter.
So that is all I can pretty much say without spoilers which are about to follow, would I recommend you play it, no, if you have something better to do, do that. Wait for more updates. If you are bored with nothing better to do, sure, try it and good luck.
